James A. has an extensive background in education and public service. Currently, James serves as a World and ELD US History Teacher at San Lorenzo High School and as a Government and Ethnic Studies Teacher at Arroyo High School. In addition to their teaching roles, James is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at San Leandro Unified School District and the Governing Board President at Eden Area Regional Occupational Program. James has also held positions at California School Boards Association and San Leandro 2050. James A. has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Inspired Teaching and Learning at National University.
