Yuki Liao

Sandy Liao is an experienced professional in the fields of school counseling and mental health therapy, currently serving as a Professional School Counselor and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist for the San Lorenzo Unified School District since August 2022. Holding a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) certificate and a license as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Sandy is actively involved in supporting students at various educational levels. Additionally, Sandy has been serving as an International School Counselor at California State University - East Bay since January 2021 and is a Mental Health Therapy Trainee at Hayward High School since June 2020. Sandy has also contributed as a College Counselor at Oakland Military Institute and previously worked as a Choir Director and Section Chief of Assessment at Taipei Municipal Xinghua Elementary School, among other roles. Educational credentials include ongoing master's studies in School Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy at California State University - East Bay, a Master of Science in Abnormal Psychology from UC Berkeley, and a Master of Arts in Music Teacher Education from Taipei National University of the Arts.
