Emilie Hill

Emilie Hill currently serves as the Assistant Principal at San Marino Unified School District since August 2025, following a role as PBIS Systems of Support Advisor at Los Angeles Unified School District from August 2022 to August 2025, where support was provided to administration teams in designing and implementing school-wide positive behavior interventions and support systems. Emilie has also worked as a Systems of Support Adviser, focusing on developing multi-tiered support systems and coaching teachers to enhance classroom management. Additionally, Emilie held positions as Treasurer for the Sun Valley Area Neighborhood Council and as a Board Member at Birmingham Community Charter High School. Prior experience includes serving as a Restorative Justice Teacher Advisor and Science Educator at Van Nuys Senior High School. Emilie holds a Doctor of Education degree specializing in enhancing teacher self-efficacy through PBIS coaching from California State University, Fullerton, and has a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the same institution.
