Kevin Foiles

Kevin Foiles is an experienced professional currently serving as an Emergency Services Analyst II at the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department since January 2025, while also holding the position of Civil Affairs Team Sergeant with the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command since October 2020. Previously, Kevin worked as an Emergency Management Coordinator for the County of San Mateo from July 2018 to January 2025, where responsibilities included developing disaster preparedness strategies and managing emergency logistics during significant events including the COVID-19 vaccination rollout. Kevin's background also includes roles such as Logistics Section Chief and Team Leader during the pandemic, a Group Supervisor in the Probation Department, and an Artilleryman in the United States Army from March 2014 to March 2018. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and is currently a candidate for a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from the University of San Francisco, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Arizona.
