Michelle Wong

Michelle Wong is a seasoned librarian currently serving as a Community Services Librarian II at San Mateo County Libraries since June 2023, following a role as Community Services Librarian at Alhambra Civic Center Library. Previous experience includes positions as an Asian Services Librarian and Librarian at Valley Christian Schools, along with an intern role at San Jose Public Library. Michelle has also contributed as an English Guest Speaker at Zhengzhou No. 26 High School and as a Marketing and Translator Intern at Sanmina. In the medical field, Michelle gained experience as a Medical Intern at Wah Tau Medical Centre. Education includes a Master of Library & Information Science and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Japanese Studies and International Economics from the University of San Francisco.
