Lavinia Prema

Lavinia Prema has extensive experience in law enforcement and administration, currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff Trainee at the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office since September 2021. Previous roles include positions such as WOC Management Analyst and Legal Office Specialist within the same office, as well as a Legal Office Specialist for Adult Probation with the County of San Mateo. Lavinia's career began as a Deputy Court Clerk II in the Criminal Division for the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo, and included roles in asset protection and administrative support at Macy's and Independent Electric Supply, respectively. Lavinia Prema is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern California and holds a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University and associate degrees in Administration of Justice and Communication from De Anza College and Foothill College, respectively.
