Nathaniel Dylan Kramer has gained extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, labor relations, and employee engagement. Nathaniel Dylan currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at the San Mateo County Transit District, where they are responsible for leading the district's Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Office of Civil Rights shared services. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Officer of People and Culture at the same organization.

Before joining the San Mateo County Transit District, Nathaniel worked at AC Transit, where they held roles such as Chief Negotiator - Labor Relations and Learning & Development Manager, as well as Acting Executive Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations.

Nathaniel Dylan also gained valuable experience at United Airlines as a member of the Labor Strategy - Tech Ops. / Labor Relations team and at Essentia Health as an Employee/Labor Relations Specialist. Earlier in their career, Nathaniel worked as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hilton and as a Law Clerk/Associate at Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing.

Nathaniel Dylan Kramer completed their education at Northeastern University School of Law from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a JD degree specialized in Labor and Employment Law. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2002, they attended the University of Minnesota where they earned a BA degree.
