Rick Peredia

Rick Peredia serves as the Manager of Stations & Communications Maintenance at San Mateo County Transit District, a position held since March 2015. In this role, Rick oversees the development and management of the State of Good Repair Database, known as the Caltrain Transit Asset Management System. Prior experience includes project engineering at Tucker Engineering and various engineering and estimating roles at Stacy and Witbeck, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from managing subcontractors for construction projects to conducting quantity takeoffs and interpreting contract documents. Rick Peredia holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, earned between 2003 and 2010.
