Lexie Munevar

Lexie Munevar, ASW, PPSC, currently serves as a Program Specialist for Newcomer Wellness and Support at the San Mateo-Foster City School District, where responsibilities include enhancing behavioral systems and creating inclusive learning environments for students. Previous experience includes roles at StarVista as an Intake Coordinator and Family Support Specialist, managing referrals for at-risk families, as well as providing crisis intervention and support. Additional experience includes social work internships at both Brawley Elementary School District and Jefferson Union High School District, where Lexie offered mental health counseling and social-emotional learning lessons. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Social Work from San Jose State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from the University of California, Davis.
