Cynthia Javines Delmo, MSN, RN, has over two decades of nursing experience, currently serving as the WOC Clinical Services Manager for the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit and Infusion Center at San Mateo Medical Center since August 2001. In addition to this role, Cynthia also has experience as a Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Manager for the Medical Surgical Unit. Prior to joining San Mateo Medical Center, Cynthia worked as a Registered Nurse at Kaiser Permanente and McAllen Medical Center, and served as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Monahans Senior Health Center. Cynthia obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Divine Word University of Tacloban, earned in 1993.
