Dessie Dayo

Dessie Dayo has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR Manager for New Businesses at San Miguel Corporation since October 2014. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for International Operations at Philippine Airlines from February 2013 to October 2014 and AVP of Human Capital and Organization Development at Pepsi-Cola Products Phils., Inc. from January 2011 to January 2013. Dessie also held various HR and capability development positions within Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines from 2004 to 2010, and began a career at SMPP as a Cold End Staff Engineer between 1995 and 1997. Dessie holds a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and has pursued further education, including a CTP from Philippine Normal University and participation in a Chief Human Resources Officer Leadership Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management in August 2022.
