Alan Cooper

Alan Cooper is a seasoned professional in plant supervision and maintenance planning, currently serving as Supervisor de planta and Planner mantenimiento at San Miguel Industrias PET S.A. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Alan held the position of Supervisor Senior de Ingenieria y Proyectos at Plasticos Ecuatorianos S.A. from September 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance mechanics, managing spare parts inventory, overseeing contractor work, and coordinating major maintenance shutdowns. Alan began a career in maintenance planning with tasks such as developing maintenance plans, managing external workshop coordination, and contributing to ISO 9001:2008 audits. Alan holds a degree from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, completed in 2019.
