Katherine Soto Laurente

Katherine Soto Laurente has extensive experience in human resources selection, currently serving as an Analista de selección de personal at San Miguel Industrias PET S.A. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Katherine held positions such as Coordinadora de selección at Innova Schools from June 2017 to June 2020, Analista de selección at HERMES Perú from July 2015 to May 2017, and Asistente de seleccion de personal at tgestiona Perú from October 2013 to April 2015. Katherine began their career as a Practicante at SUNAT from March 2012 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a Programa de Especialización in Recursos Humanos from Universidad Ricardo Palma (2018 - 2019) and a Licenciatura in Psicología from the same institution (2007 - 2012), along with a course in Indicadores en recursos humanos from ISIL Aprende Haciendo.
