With licenses in California and Massachusetts, their expertise lies in Alcohol Licenses, Food & Beverage Law, Indian Gaming/Sovereignty, Internet Gaming, Fantasy Sports, Poker clubs, Gaming Start Ups, Land Use Planning, Liquor Law, Administrative/Governmental Relations, Constitutional Law, Litigation, and Entertainment Law. Stephen also serves as the Chief Justice Supreme Court San Pasqual Tort Court Emeritus at San Pasqual Band Of Mission Indians and is the Executive Producer-Co Host of the LA Emmy Award Winning Television Food Show at Cheap Eats. Stephen obtained their JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law in 1964.
