Codie Cox

Codie Cox is an experienced educator and swim coach with a diverse background in teaching and sports management. Currently serving as a Teacher at San Rafael City Schools since August 2018, Codie teaches 8th Grade Social Studies, AVID, Journalism, and ASB, focusing on fostering a supportive learning environment and tailoring instruction to meet diverse learner needs. Previous roles include Head Swim Coach at Justin-Siena High School and Swim Coach for the Sonoma Sea Dragons, where Codie developed training programs and promoted teamwork and competition among swimmers. Codie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Education from Dominican University of California.
