Kitkat Austria

Kitkat Austria is an experienced culinary professional specializing in sushi and desserts. Currently serving as the Executive Sushi Chef at San Vicente Bungalows & Hotel 850 since April 2023, Kitkat also founded and owns Kitkat Cakes LLC, known for its innovative concept of "Cakes in a Can," in September 2020. Previously, Kitkat founded Tadaima LLC, which offered premium sushi rolls from January 2021 to February 2022. Kitkat's extensive background includes a tenure as Head Sushi Chef at Katsuya By Starck from January 2012 to March 2020, where involvement in the Creative Team for Omakase Dinners was noted. Kitkat's sushi career began at Japonais Chicago as a Sushi Chef from October 2008 to September 2011, with earlier experience as Chef de Partie at Brasserie Ruhlmann by Christian Delouvrier from October 2007 to October 2008. Kitkat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from De La Salle University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
