Peter Latta

Peter Latta is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in food and beverage service and customer experience. Currently serving as a Sommelier and Server at San Ysidro Ranch since June 2020, Peter collaborates with resort teams to uphold high hospitality standards. Previous experience includes roles as a Strategic Account Associate at BigSpeak Speakers Bureau, Guest Experience Associate at Coastal Concierge, Winery Director at Sanguis Winery, and Server Manager at Julienne. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and has developed expertise in client relationship management, sales initiatives, and operational coordination throughout the hospitality and winery sectors.
