Tanya De Silva-Calzadilla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and hospitality management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at San Ysidro Ranch since July 2020, Tanya previously held the position of Executive Assistant at Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara since May 2006, where support was provided to the General Manager and Resort Manager, transcending typical executive assistant duties. Additionally, Tanya has experience as a Sales Admin Assistant and Concierge at the same resort and worked as Public Relations Manager at VYA Public Relations, notable for being the first PR company in Sri Lanka. Tanya's educational background includes studies at Sirimavo Bandaranaike Balika Vidyalaya and Visakha Vidyalaya.
