Andrew Fitch

Andrew Fitch is the VP of Operations at Sana Benefits. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer success, contract management, and process improvement.

Andrew started their career at Triage Consulting Group as a Senior Associate. In this role, they led project teams of 2-8 associates in comprehensive payment review projects for clients across the US. Andrew was responsible for organizing project workflow, internal/external client reporting, auditing, forecasting, and account management. Andrew also provided career development and mentorship to direct reports.

In 2014, Andrew left Triage Consulting Group to join NerdWallet as an Associate Product Manager. Andrew was with NerdWallet for just over a year before moving to Jiff, Inc. in October 2015. At Jiff, Andrew served as the Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining relationships with Jiff’s customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the product.

In April 2017, Andrew left Jiff to join Castlight Health as the Director of Customer Success. Andrew was with Castlight for 18 months before moving to their current role as VP of Operations at Sana Benefits in October 2018.

Andrew Fitch reports to Will Young, Co-founder & CEO. They work with Trenton Kriete - Head of Engineering, JD Dowling - VP, Sales, and Jamie Moran - Chief Product Officer.
