Melanie Volkmann serves as the VP of Global Customer Service & Product Operations at Sana Commerce since September 2017, where the focus is on enhancing B2B e-commerce by integrating ERP systems like Microsoft and SAP to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Melanie was the General Manager for the DACH region and started at Sana Commerce as a Project Manager. Previous professional experiences include leading roles as Managing Director at GDCC, Project Director, and International Account Executive at Valveco, and holding a freelance marketing manager position. Education includes a Diplom Betriebwirtin in International Economics from Hochschule Furtwangen and an undergraduate degree in Music from Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Trossingen.
