Stefan Grossnick is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Success EMEA at Sana Commerce since February 2022. Prior to this role, Stefan held various positions at Nintex, including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager for the DACH region, from September 2018 to December 2021. Experience in business development for EMEA was gained at Allegro Development Corporation between May 2016 and August 2018. Earlier roles include Inside Sales Representative at Vision Solutions and Purchasing Assistant at Abercrombie & Kent. Additionally, Stefan worked as a Student Assistant at the German National Academy of Sciences - Leopoldina and as an English Teacher at the Kreisvolkshochschule Saalekreis while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Intercultural European and American Studies and Political Science from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2010 to 2014.
