Rita Azevedo

Rita Azevedo has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Rita is currently working as a Strategic Learning Partner Manager at Sana Labs, where they play a crucial role in reshaping the way companies create, find, and share knowledge using AI-powered learning platforms. Prior to this, Rita served as the Head of Learning at Klarna, where they were responsible for overseeing the learning initiatives within the company. Before that, they worked as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Klarna, focusing on designing impactful learning experiences. Additionally, Rita has experience as a Podcast Co-Host at The Conscious Society Podcast, where they engaged with the restless generation to improve themselves and the world around them. In their role as a Project Manager at Electrolux, they managed a global partnership with AIESEC International and oversaw the growth and engagement of interns from various countries. Rita also held leadership positions at AIESEC, where they served as the Director of Talent Management and the Director of Operations. Their early career included a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Hiscox. Throughout their career, Rita has showcased their ability to adapt to different environments and make a positive impact in various capacities.

Rita Azevedo's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2022, they attended Harvard Extension School, where they pursued a degree in Learning Design and Technology.

In 2019 and 2020, they obtained an Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD Qualifications.

Between 2013 and 2015, Rita Azevedo pursued a postgraduate degree in Global Studies at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Rita completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business at Universidade do Minho, from 2010 to 2013.

In 2011 and 2012, they had an Erasmus semester at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, focusing on Development Economics and International Development.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Rita Azevedo has also obtained various certifications. In December 2021, they completed The Measurement Academy | Part 2: Measurement Mapping from GP Strategies Corporation. Rita also obtained the Public Speaking Mentor certification from Klarna in November 2021 and The Measurement Academy: Measuring for Impact certification from GP Strategies Corporation in October 2021.

Rita became an Associate Member of CIPD in December 2020. Prior to that, in November 2019, they acquired The Neuroscience of Learning certification from LinkedIn along with Organizational Learning and Development certification in October 2019.

Finally, in January 2018, they obtained the PAPI 3 Certification from Cubiks.
