Anand Vakharia

Anand Vakharia has extensive work experience in human resources, organizational development, and training. Anand is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SANATHAN TEXTILES LIMITED since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources Department at NATIONAL PEROXIDE LIMITED from March 2019 to February 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Organizational Development at Sanda Group from December 2014 to February 2019. Anand also has experience working as a Manager - Human Resources at Vodafone Shared Services Limited from October 2011 to June 2014, as the Head of Training - Mumbai & Goa at Sanda Group from July 2010 to October 2011, as an HR - Learning & Development professional at Manipal Universal Learning from August 2008 to June 2010, and as a Lead Master Trainer at IBM from August 2005 to August 2008.

Anand Vakharia has a diverse education history. In 1995, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Ranchi University. Later, in 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, which they completed in 2015.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Anand obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they became a Certified Master Trainer through United Airlines. In the same year, they also completed a workshop on the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" conducted by FranklinCovey. In 2008, Anand participated in an Instructors Skills Workshop offered by IBM. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Job Evaluation & Job Description from Hay Group. Anand continued to expand their expertise by completing the DISC Profile certification through Thomas International in 2013. Finally, in 2019, they became a Certified Life Coach recognized by the International Coach Federation.

Anand recently enrolled in an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management at XLRI Jamshedpur, which they are currently pursuing.
