Carlos Horacio Flagitonte

Carlos Horacio Flagitonte is an experienced functional analyst with a strong background in healthcare and technical support. Currently employed at Sanatorio Mater Dei since April 2021, Carlos is involved in projects related to electronic health records and telemedicine.
