They have worked at companies such as GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. and Casella Waste Systems. They have also been a General Manager/Environmental Compliance Engineer at Safety Medical Systems, Inc. Their educational backgrounds are in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and Colorado State University, Groundwater Engineering from the University of Vermont, and Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
