Lauren Patel

Lauren Patel is the Deputy Director at Sanctuary for Families, currently overseeing the Matrimonial/Economic Justice Project. With experience as a Senior Staff Attorney at the Uncontested Divorce Project, Lauren previously worked as a Staff Attorney handling family law cases at Community Legal Aid. Lauren also has experience as a Legal Advocate at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center and as a Legal Intern at Casa Myrna. Lauren holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
