Billy has held various management roles focusing on areas such as children's social care, adults social care, education, commissioning, public health, and program/project management. With a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Leeds Beckett University, Billy has also managed vendor services in the South of England and Wales.
