Luke Aldred

Luke Aldred has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Luke started their career as a Senior Consultant at Sanctuary Personnel in 2007 and later became the Team Manager, overseeing the supply of social care staff to various organizations. Luke then moved on to become the Head of Sanctuary Mental Health, where they provided high-caliber mental health professionals for multi-disciplinary teams. In 2017, Luke joined John Edwin Ltd as a Director, focusing on recruiting specialists for mental health care.
