Jason Shockley

Jason Shockley possesses extensive experience in operations and production management within the food industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Plant Manager at Sanctuary Systems LLC since August 2020. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Paradise Tomato Kitchens, General Manager at The Co-Pack Co., and Production Manager at Bon Secour Valley Ingredients and Big Creek Foods LLC. Jason has also held positions as Production Shift Manager at Protein Products INC and Production Supervisor at both Mountaire Farms and Wayne Farm LLC, where supervision encompassed various production processes. Jason is a graduate of West Point High School, class of 1999.
