Agnieszka Walczuk

Agnieszka Walczuk has a diverse work experience in various leadership coaching and development roles. In 2022, they joined Sounding Board, Inc as a Leadership Coach, where they focus on bridging the leadership gap and delivering measurable impact in coaching engagements. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2023, Agnieszka worked with Leadership Circle in multiple roles, including certifications debriefing coach, mentor, executive coach, facilitator, and ambassador for the UK & Ireland. At LeaderKind, where they worked from 2014 onwards, they served as a Director, Coach, and Facilitator, offering interventions and programs to transform leadership and team performance. Agnieszka also has experience working as a Sanctus Coach, where they created a safe space for individuals to reflect and grow, and as a Learning & Development Business Partner and People & Culture Business Partner at Cromwell Property Group. Additionally, they worked as a Learning & Development Consultant at LNR Property LLC, an HR Professional at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and an HR Executive at Dundas & Wilson CS LLP. Earlier in their career, Agnieszka served as an Accommodation & Welfare Officer at Regent Language Training in Edinburgh and as a Legal Assistant & Interpreter at Sponsorship USA in New York.

Agnieszka Walczuk has a diverse education history. Agnieszka obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language Teachers' Training College, Department of English Philology from Uniwersytet w Białymstoku in 2000. In 2006, they completed their MSc in HRM from Edinburgh Napier University, specializing in Human Resources Management accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Agnieszka continued their studies at the University of Warsaw, where they obtained an MSc in CESLA - Centro de Estudios Latino Americanos - Culture and Anthropology Postgraduate Studies in 2006. Agnieszka then pursued a Higher National Certificate in Counselling Skills from Telford College between 2010 and 2012.

Agnieszka has also undergone extensive coach training. Agnieszka completed the Certified Professional Co-Active™ Coach (CPCC) program from Coaches Training Institute (CTI), London in 2014. Additionally, they completed the Team & Systemic Coach program in Organizations, Relationships & Systems Coaching (ORSC) from the Centre for Right Relationships UK (CRRUK) in 2017. In 2018, they attended the Co-Active Leadership Development Program from the Coaches Training Institute.

Agnieszka has obtained various certifications, including being an Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner for Individuals and Partnership & Teams from Integrative Enneagram Solutions in 2022. Additionally, they received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation - UK Chapter in 2019. Agnieszka is also a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle™ Profile & 360 Degree Suite of Assessments and has attained Leadership Circle Systems Certification from The Leadership Circle.
