Anne Rae has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Anne started their career in 1995 as an HR Officer at Mars Confectionery and then moved on to British Airways as an HR Manager in 1998. After that, they worked at BP as an HR and Reward Manager from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they transitioned to the education sector and worked as a Primary School Teacher at St Mary's and St Peter's Primary School and St James' Primary School until 2016. Following that, they established their own coaching business called Anne Rae Coaching in 2015 and became a Professional Certified Coach and PCC Member of the International Coach Federation. Anne also worked as a Coach at Sanctus from 2018 onwards and became the Head Coach in October 2021. In 2018, they also became a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp. Most recently, they joined Mindbeat in May 2019 as an Associate Coach.
Anne Rae (PCC) has a rich educational background in coaching and human resources management. Anne obtained an International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaching in 2020, specializing in team coaching. In 2019, they completed a Certificate in Somatic Coaching from The Somatic School. Earlier in their career, they attended the Coaches Training Institute CTI from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on coaching. In 1998, Anne became a Member of CIPD after studying Human Resources Management and Services. Anne also holds a degree in Marketing and Languages from Edinburgh Napier University (1991-1992) and a Bachelor's degree in French Studies from Newcastle University (1987-1991). Anne further expanded their expertise by obtaining a Diploma in Marketing CIM from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1992. Additionally, they pursued a PGCE in Elementary Education and Teaching at St Mary's University, Twickenham. Anne has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Myers-Briggs Step I Certified Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2023. Anne is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, which they obtained in 2017. Anne is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, achieved in 2019. Anne has continually sought to enhance their coaching and leadership skills by pursuing additional certifications and qualifications.
