Audrey Cairo, CPCC, PCC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Audrey is currently working as a Coach for the Breakthrough Leaders Programme at The TV Collective since March 2021. Prior to this, Audrey worked as a Coach for Sanctus, where they facilitated one-on-one sessions on mental health within workplaces. Audrey has also established their own coaching practice, Coaching with Audrey Cairo, as a Certified Life & Career Coach since October 2015. Audrey has been involved in charitable work as a Life Coach for Spark Inside, conducting group workshops in prisons and providing one-on-one coaching sessions for young males between 15 and 25 years old, with the aim of creating a crime-free future. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior Consultant for Searchlight, a recruitment and executive search service in the media and entertainment industry, specializing in sectors such as broadcast, content distribution, and music. Audrey has also gained experience as a Freelance Producer for Gutsy Ltd. and as a Record Manager for Guinness World Records. Audrey started their career as a Researcher for Gutsy Ltd., Endemol UK, and 12 Yard. Through their extensive and diverse work experience, Audrey has developed a strong foundation in coaching, research, and recruitment.

Audrey Cairo, CPCC, PCC has a diverse education history in the field of coaching and social work. Audrey obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from the University of East London from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, Audrey completed the Co-Active Coach Training Program at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) from 2015 to 2016.

In terms of their undergraduate studies, Audrey attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Cultural & Social Development. Audrey also pursued Language and Culture studies at Utrecht University from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Audrey acquired several certifications to enhance their coaching knowledge and skills. Audrey obtained the Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in August 2016. Audrey also received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in March 2019. Audrey holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the ICF, which they obtained in October 2016. Additionally, Audrey obtained the Practitioner in Brain & Behaviour Change certification from the International Teaching Seminars in July 2021.

Furthermore, Audrey has completed a certification course titled "UNDERSTANDING ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND CBT - UNIVERSITY OF READING" from FutureLearn in June 2017.
