From 1991 to 2005, they worked at Blackfriars Advice Centre, initially as the CEO and later as the director, where they had similar responsibilities.
Before entering the coaching and non-profit sectors, Carole was self-employed as a business owner, providing consultancy services in voluntary sector management issues and running an e-business called Book Angel, where they handled all aspects of the business.

Carole Adams PCC has a diverse educational background with a focus on coaching and facilitation. Their most recent educational experience was from 2020 to 2021 at Coaches Rising, where they studied Neuroscience of Change. Prior to that, they attended Constellation Workshops from 2019 to 2020, where they gained knowledge in Systemic Consciousness.
In 2014 to 2015, Carole studied at the Centre for Right Relationships (CRR), completing the ORSC Core Curriculum & Alchemy: Co Facilitation program, which focused on coaching and facilitation. In 1995, they earned a Certificate in Training and Development from Thames Valley University, specializing in CIPD. Carole also holds a Diploma in Counselling from Pellin Institute, obtained from 1990 to 1993, focusing on Gestalt Therapy & Contribution Training.
Carole's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English & American Literature from the University of Kent, which they achieved from 1981 to 1984.
To supplement their education, Carole holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification awarded by the International Coaching Federation in September 2020.
