Coach at Sanctus

Helen McMillan started their career in education as a Teacher at St Joseph's School in 2006 and worked there until 2013. During their time at the school, they also held the position of SENCo (Special Needs Co-Ordinator) and Senior Leader from 2010 to 2013. In 2016, they established their own consulting company, Helen McMillan Consulting, where they worked as a Development Coach. Helen then worked as a Coach at Sanctus in 2018 and later joined By Miles as a Coach in 2019.

Helen McMillan PCC CPCC has a diverse education history. Helen obtained a BA Hons degree in English and French from the University of Liverpool, studying from 1996 to 2000. Later, in 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Primary Modern Languages at Goldsmiths, University of London.

To further enhance their qualifications, Helen pursued a National Certificate of Special Needs Co-ordination (NASCO) at the University of Middlesex, studying from 2012 to 2013. Before their higher education, they attended Nottingham Girl's High School from 1989 to 1996.

In addition to their academic endeavors, Helen has obtained various certifications. Helen became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from UK ICF in November 2019 and acquired the Firework Career Coach certification from FIREWORK COACHING COMPANY LIMITED in September 2018. Moreover, they also completed Co-Active coach training at the Coaches Training Institute in 2016. These additional certifications have likely contributed to their professional development and expertise in their coaching career.
