Coaching Service Manager at Sanctus

Laura Ciollaro has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Laura started their career at Johnson & Johnson Medical in 2010 as a Tender Office employee and worked there until September 2011. Following this, Laura joined Plasmon - Heinz in October 2011 as a Customer Service representative for a few months. Laura then worked at Fortnum & Mason as a Customer Assistant from July 2012 to November 2013. In 2014, Laura became a Customer Service Advisor at Lycatel for a short period.

From 2014 to 2019, Laura worked for BVI Medical in various roles. Laura began as a Kit&Tender coordinator from June 2014 to June 2015, then served as a Customer Service and Kit coordinator from June 2015 to December 2017. Following this, Laura was appointed as the European Team Lead Customer Service - International from December 2017 to March 2019. Lastly, they worked as a Customer Service Process Specialist from March 2019 to June 2019.

In 2019, Laura became self-employed and worked as a Consultant from July 2019 to April 2020. Following this, they transitioned to a role as a Customer Experience Specialist at an unknown company in October 2020 and worked there until November 2021.

Currently, Laura holds two positions at Sanctus. Laura started as a Coaching Operations Coordinator in November 2021 and later took on the role of Coaching Service Manager in January 2023.

Laura Ciollaro attended the Raw Horizons Wellbeing Solutions in 2019, where they completed a Wellbeing Coaching Training Course. In 2017, they studied at the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education, focusing on Introduction to Coaching in the field of Counseling Psychology. In 2010, Laura earned a Master's degree in Administration Finance and control from Cosfor Milano. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they attended Universitá di Pavia, where they studied Government and Administration in the field of Political Science.
