Valentina Passoni MSc candidate, PCC, CPCC, TLCP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Valentina has worked at Sanctus as a Coaching Practice Lead, where they ensured the implementation of mental health practices and standards throughout the company and community. Valentina also held the position of Coach, assisting in making coaching and mental health accessible in the workplace. Valentina had a role as the Chief Practice Officer (interim), where they oversaw the coaching team, governance, risk management, learning and education, and product development.

Valentina has also worked at The Leadership Circle as a Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner, focusing on leadership development and assessment. At The British & Irish Modern Music Institute, Valentina worked as a Performance Coach, Tutor, Workshop Facilitator, and Vocal Tutor. Valentina'srole involved supporting students in their education and helping them with performance anxiety and psychology.

Valentina also worked as an Associate at Lea_p Leadership, a leadership development and coaching company. Additionally, they worked as a Transformational & Creative Coach at their own practice, www.vplifecoach.com, where they guided clients towards rediscovering their potential and creating a more fulfilling life.

Valentina has also been involved in the music industry as a Mezzo Soprano in the Urban Voices Collective. Valentina has worked as a Life and Career Coach at SEVEN Career Coaching and as a Co-Founder, Facilitator, and Coach at the Institute of Passion. Valentina also worked within the Wellbeing department at King's College London as a Wellbeing Coach, providing coaching and workshops to students.

Earlier in their career, Valentina worked as a Vocal Tutor at Ealing Council (London Borough of Ealing). Overall, Valentina's work experience highlights their expertise in coaching, mental health, leadership development, music performance, and education.

Valentina Passoni is an MSc candidate who has pursued a diverse educational background. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the University of West London, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Popular Music Performance. Following this, Valentina pursued their interest in coaching by completing the Professional Co-Active Coach Training program at The Coaching Training Institute. Continuing their educational journey, they obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation in October 2018. Valentina also holds the CPCC certification from the same institution.
