Jeff Jones is an experienced executive in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Broadband Expansion Program Executive at Sand Cherry since June 2021. Prior roles include Director of High Speed Internet and Voice Product Management at Lumen, where substantial revenue growth was achieved, and Chief of Staff at CenturyLink, overseeing process improvements that significantly reduced network outages and enhanced business performance. Jeff has held various leadership positions in product management and operations across major companies such as Embarq, Sprint, and Westell Technologies, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving revenue, managing large teams, and optimizing operational efficiencies. Jeff holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
