Shari Rouleau is an experienced project manager and marketing consultant with a robust background in communications strategy and competitive intelligence. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sand Cherry since October 2021, Shari previously held roles from October 2019 to September 2021 as an independent Marketing Consultant, and from 2002 to 2018 at Comcast where responsibilities included Senior Director positions in CX and Service Communications as well as Product Marketing and Competitive Strategy. Shari's expertise encompasses developing nationwide strategies to enhance service experiences, conducting market research, and launching initiatives that successfully engaged over 20,000 employees and resulted in significant customer retention. Shari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rosemont College and has completed a program at UCLA.
