Danai M.

Danai M. currently serves as the VP of People at Sand Technologies since December 2022. Prior to this role, Danai held the position of Director, Talent Acquisition & Strategy at the African Leadership Group, where responsibilities included leading the talent acquisition function and collaborating on talent strategy and organizational change management. Danai also served as Director of Strategic Operations at The African Leadership University, overseeing critical projects and building the Financial Aid Department.
