Esther Kariuki

Esther Kariuki currently serves as the Acting General Manager of ALX Africa in Kenya and has held various marketing leadership roles within the organization. Notable achievements in 2023 include enrolling over 54,000 youth in ALX Programmes and contributing to the development of a hybrid learning model. Prior experiences include launching the ALX Africa brand in Rwanda, where more than 4,500 learners enrolled in just three months, as well as leading youth programs at Centonomy Ltd, focusing on personal finance, entrepreneurship, and career planning. Esther has a background in biotechnology and is currently pursuing a Marketing Director Course through the NEXT MBA program.
