Nimie Chaylone, MBA, possesses extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager for Sand Technologies in Rwanda, Nimie has previously held positions including Interim General Manager at the same company and Partnerships and Fundraising Manager at the African Leadership Group. As Chief Marketing Officer at Fleri and Recruitment and Selection Manager at The African Leadership University, Nimie showcased expertise in marketing and talent acquisition. Additionally, Nimie co-founded Collaborate Co-working Space. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ALU School of Business and completion of the McKinsey Forward Program in Organizational Leadership at McKinsey Academy.
