Shana-Michelle Rabonda

Shana-Michelle Rabonda is an accomplished professional with a strong background in operations and people strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sand Technologies, Shana-Michelle has previously held various leadership roles at the African Leadership Group, including Vice President - People and Director of People Strategy. Additionally, Shana-Michelle has experience as People Operations Manager at the African Leadership University and has worked as a consultant at Mobius Consulting in South Africa. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Systems, both obtained from Rhodes University.
