Michelle Hamel

Michelle Hamel has extensive experience in guest relations and billing, currently serving as a Guest Billing Specialist at Sand Valley since 2021. In this role, Michelle effectively communicates with guests, management, staff, and co-workers to assist with, investigate, and resolve inquiries regarding charges posted to guest folios. Prior to this position, Michelle worked as a Regional Trainer at Nicolet Staffing/Staffworks Group from May 2004 to June 2021, where expertise in training and development was cultivated.
