Ronda Seubert, M.A.Ed., CDP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and volunteer management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Sand Valley since June 2023, Ronda focuses on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and engagement initiatives. Previous roles include a Recruiter at Agape of Appleton, Inc. and a Career Services Specialist at CW Solutions LLC, where skills in recruitment strategy development and community networking were emphasized. Additional experience includes directorship roles in various nonprofit organizations, showcasing a strong commitment to community engagement and volunteerism. Ronda holds a Master of Arts Degree in Education from Viterbo University, a BSE in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and a BBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Cardinal Stritch University.
Sand Valley
Sand Valley is a four-season resort destination set among the tumbling prehistoric sand dunes of Central Wisconsin. Founded in 2016 by brothers Michael and Chris Keiser, the resort gives guests a flavor of the region through farm-to-table culinary experiences, year-round outdoor adventures, such as fat-tire biking, hiking and fishing, unrivaled grass court tennis, and one of the very best golf experiences in the Midwest. Sand Valley delivers golf as it was meant to be where players walk, and the courses play firm and fast. The golf experience features three distinct, award-winning designs that are extremely fun to play: Sand Valley, an 18-hole design by Coore & Crenshaw, Mammoth Dunes, an 18-hole design by David McLay Kidd, and The Sandbox, a 17-hole, par-3 course by Coore & Crenshaw. The courses were modeled after the heathland golf courses of London and showcase massive, 80-foot exposed sand dunes. Three restaurants, Craig's Porch at Sand Valley, the Mammoth Bar, and Aldo's Farm & Table, currently serve guests throughout the property, and there is more to come 2023.
