Alana Bagby-Leonard

Alana Bagby-Leonard, MALS is an experienced Talent and Development Manager currently at SANDAG. Alana previously worked as Global Learning and Development Business Partner at ByteDance and Global Content Strategy Manager at Asurion. With a background in Leadership Coaching and Training Development, Alana has also worked at Google and Nike. Alana is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Culture and Executive Leadership Coaching at the University of San Diego.
