Fumiko Hasegawa

Fumiko Hasegawa is an accomplished Associate Graphic Designer at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since October 2021, leading various design projects related to transportation and public safety. Previously, Fumiko operated Fumiko Design as a Freelance Art Director from September 2006 to March 2022, while also serving as a Freelance Senior Designer and later the Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Service Manager for Tokuyama Dental America, Inc. Fumiko's experience includes art direction and project management for company branding and marketing campaigns. Earlier roles as Graphic Designer/Creative Service Manager at O'Leary and Partners and various freelance positions showcase a robust portfolio of work with notable brands. Fumiko holds a Certificate in Graphic Design from San Diego City College and an AA in Early Childhood Education from Takasaki Training School for Nursery Teachers.
