Gwendolyn Zirkle

Gwendolyn Zirkle has a diverse background in public communications and research, currently serving as a Public Communications Officer II at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), previously holding positions as Public Communications Officer I and Public Affairs Intern within the same organization. Gwendolyn gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Charles and Louise Travers Department of Political Science at UC Berkeley and the UC Berkeley Library Oral History Center. Gwendolyn also contributed to media production as Entertainment Director and Reporter for CalTV and participated in social events as a member of the Surfrider Foundation Club at UC Berkeley. Gwendolyn earned Bachelor's degrees in Media Studies and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, between August 2019 and May 2023.
