Heather Zhan

Heather Zhan is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Capital University of Economics and Business, and a Master's degree in Finance from University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Heather currently holds the role of Sr. Accountant at San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), where Heather has been employed since January 2018. Prior to this, Heather worked at Fairfax County Government for over a decade, holding various roles including Acting Chief Administrative Officer/Acting Section Chief in the Department of Transportation. Before their government work, Heather was a Sr. Auditor at Citi from May 2004 to April 2007.
