Joseph Flood

Joseph Flood is an Associate Data Scientist at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since October 2021 and has held the position of Adjunct Instructor at the Community College of Philadelphia since September 2018, where instruction focuses on Computer Math and Logic. Previous roles include Senior Transportation Engineer and Transportation Modeler at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, Planner at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization, and Tutor at Chegg Inc. Earlier career experiences encompass a Data Analyst Student Intern at the City of Bellevue, Travel Demand/Land Use Forecasting Intern at the Puget Sound Regional Council, Graduate Student Assistant at the Pacific Northwest Transportation Consortium, and Summer Help at the Hendricks County Engineering Office.
