Naomi Young

Naomi (Standing) Young serves as the Principal Economist at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) and holds the position of Principal at Elpis Economics. Previously, Naomi was the Director of the Center for Regional Analysis at the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County and worked as a Senior Research Economist at the Environmental Finance Center, University of Maryland. Additionally, Naomi gained experience as a Senior Economist at Cardno ENTRIX, contributing to a diverse background in economic analysis and regional development.
